Boilermakers are available assembled and fully tested for $135 (hard wired version) and $155 (with 120V, 12 gauge pigtails) + USPS ground advantage shipping to anywhere in the continental USA. You will receive an email form to choose either a black or white enclosure and whether or not you would like the unit pre-configured to make it plug-n-play on your network. For 240V operation, I recommend the hard wired version wall-mounted. The Boilermaker’s universal PSU works great on 240V, but home 240V outlets vary widely (dryer, range, welder, etc) so I can’t ship them wired and ready with 240V plugs. If you need larger than 12 gauge wire, then you will need to wall mount it since sheathed 10-3 won’t fit through the strain reliefs.

μBoilermaker (micro Boilermaker) is actually an Airhead in a smaller Boilermaker style case that features an autotuning PID controller and doesn’t require a WiFi connection. The unit is for 120 volt 1500 watt resistive loads and comes with 14 gauge pigtails. The price is $155 + USPS ground advantage shipping to anywhere in the continental USA. All units are fully load-tested for 24 hours before shipping. (These units are not designed for 240 volt use)

Airhead turn-key kits are now available, assembled and fully tested for $140 + USPS ground advantage shipping to anywhere in the continental USA. These are for original Still Spirits Air Still as well as numerous clones, such as the Vevor water distiller. These kits are not compatible with the Still Spirits Air Still Pro. If you want a simple reflux still, just buy a Still Spirits T500 system. See the FAQ for more information.

You may now drop ship your Vevor Water Distiller (black or white) to me to have the Airhead upgrade kit installed and tested with a real run, then shipped to you ready to go for $200 with shipping in the continental USA. This works out to be about the same price as an original Still Spirits Air Still and about 1/3 the price of an Air Still Pro, but it’s a far better still than both!

RPi Smart Still Turn-Key Systems are now available by special order and are custom built for your still. These may range from the controller alone with 1/4″ or 1/2″ ball valves all the way up to complete kits containing a LIDAR Hydrometer Reader, Boilermaker, 10″ Android tablet, and a dedicated WiFi router all pre-configured to be Plug-N-Play. All controllers come with 1 free year of remote hands & eyes support. The included mounting plate supports any Raspberry Pi model 3/4/5 (or clone) footprint as well as clones of the Raspberry Pi Zero. See the Wiki for more information.
