Soldering and 3D Printing isn’t everybody’s cup of tea. All you need to build these projects now is a wire cutter/stripper and a couple screwdrivers! Things just got a whole lot easier!

Airhead turn-key kits are now available, assembled and fully tested for $140 + USPS priority mail shipping to anywhere in the USA. These are for original Still Spirits Air Still as well as numerous clones, such as the Vevor water distiller. These kits are not compatible with the Still Spirits Air Still Pro. If you want a simple reflux still, just buy a Still Spirits T500 system.

RPi Smart Still hats are now available, assembled and fully tested for $100 + USPS priority mail shipping to anywhere in the USA. The included mounting plate supports any Raspberry Pi model 3/4/5 (or clone) footprint as well as clones of the Raspberry Pi Zero. Please do not attempt to use an original Raspberry Pi Zero since they only have a single core processor.

USA customers only, orders may be subject to 10 day lead time to allow for 3D printing and parts restocking.

NOTE: I am currently working with a person in Ireland, “James (The Doc)” who will also be selling assembled units outside of the USA. Anybody else is more than welcome to build and sell these as well.

I will soon be adding pre-assembled and tested LIDAR hydrometer reader units to this page. James (The Doc) has designed the printed circuit board and case and we are in the process of testing his design of a capacitive flow rate sensor. Once the testing is done, I will make them available for purchase here as well.

I am still evaluating the feasibility of selling fully assembled and tested turn-key RPi Smart Still systems. Reliable parts availability is the main obstacle. The legal issues regarding as-is sales will also have to be looked into. I’m not offered a warranty on any of the parts that I purchase, other than the limited Amazon return time frame of unopened parts.
