I’ve always had a habit of inventing and building things that I needed, but couldn’t buy because they either didn’t exist or the available options were too limited or unreasonably over-priced.
Below is a list of my most popular projects that I sell assembled and tested for those who aren’t up to things like soldering, 3D printing, and firmware flashing of micro controllers. I am by no means getting rich off of this stuff, the prices for these items are more than fair for both of us.
The Airhead
This is an add-on smart controller for Air Stills and the various clones that eliminates the constant on/off toggling of the heating element and provides digital temperature control. It also features timed runs with selectable starting and ending temperatures.
The Boilermaker
This is an advanced temperature and power controller for electric boilers used in brewing and distillation, as well as electric meat smokers. It works with 120 or 240 volts and is available in WiFi enabled or stand-alone touch screen versions.
The RPi Smart Still Controller
This is the world’s first open source smart still controller system and works with any still (gas or electric) that has a dephlegmator. There is no AI in use here, this is 100% raw computer logic driven. Saves you thousands of dollars vs the cost of a Genio or iStill.
